Rachel Stokes, M.S., CCC-SLP
Rachel is the speech-language pathologist at North Texas Swallowing & Neurological Rehab. Rachel graduated from Oklahoma State University with her Bachelor of Science degree and from Abilene Christian University--Dallas with her Master of Science degree. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association
Rachel has completed several specialty trainings and certifications in many areas with swallowing, including the following: fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) diagnostics; Ampcare, Effective Swallowing Protocol (ESP); the McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program (MDTP), and the Modified Barium Swallow Impairment Profile (MBSImp). She is also trained in LSVT LOUD, the “gold standard” in voice treatment for people with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions.
